• Erin Lovrien


    Erin Lovrien successfully completed the Ron Fletcher Program of Study in 2010. She has a strong background in understanding movement in the body through years of experience and training as a dancer. She holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Arizona. Looking for a way to recover from a car accident during college, Erin was drawn to Pilates because it offered a clear way to reorganize her body and rebuild an awareness of the mind-body connection. She currently teaches the Fletcher work in Phoenix and dances professionally with a modern dance company.





    Kimberly Waithe


    Kim's experience in a range of health and wellness positions from working with cardiac rehabilitation patients to fitness enthusiasts, has shown her the importance of helping people understand how their bodies work. Kim completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, which gave her a strong foundation for understanding biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology. She made a natural progression in passing the rigorous BASI Pilates training program.


    Kim saw how the Pilates method is an excellent tool for anyone who desires to achieve optimal health, wellness, and physical fitness.
